Welcome to SOUNDRIP. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the SOUNDRIP audio stem separation tool. By using this service, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Use of Service

The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed. You must not use the service for illegal, infringing, or harmful purposes.

2. User Accounts

Access is protected by Google sign-in through Firebase authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. File uploads

Uploaded audio files are processed by the service. The tool stores files only as needed for processing and delivery of output stems. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.

4. No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or meet your expectations.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Changes

We may modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
